INPOSIA Solutions GmbH acquired by tax compliance automation giant Avalara

KARLSRUHE, GERMANY and LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – 06 April 2021. INPOSIA Solutions GmbH, a leading software company focused on e-invoicing, digital tax reporting and business and data integration for compliance requirements, has announced it is being acquired by Avalara, Inc. (NYSE: AVLR), a leading provider of tax compliance automation.
