Research Intern – January

Research Internship – January 2018
As part of Hampleton’s successful growth, it is seeking to appoint a research intern in its London & Frankfurt office to support the team by developing sector specific research in key areas of technology M&A as well as assisting in key areas of lead generation and client pitch/preparation. Business development is also a part of a researcher’s job at Hampleton, hence, you will help with market research to find and reach potential clients, as well as potential targets, investors and acquirers.
A research intern must be intelligent and have strong research and writing skills. You should be very comfortable working with databases, office products such as Excel and Word, social marketing platforms as well as modern digital marketing tools.
Following a successful internship of three to six months, Hampleton may offer a full-time role as an analyst, working directly with company executives throughout the entire M&A sales process.
This is a paid internship.
- Degree level – Completed penultimate year of higher education
- Outstanding oral and written skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Creative thinker at home in a fast paced, high growth environment

- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and research databases
- Fluency in English is required and additional fluency/proficiency in German is preferred
