M&A Senior Analyst – Frankfurt – January 2019

To support Hampleton’s successful growth, we are currently looking for a full-time M&A senior analyst in Frankfurt from January 2019. The position will include a 1-2 month training/induction period in London.

We offer an excellent working climate in a highly dynamic team with opportunities both in London and in Frankfurt with market standard terms. Your tasks will include creating financial models, valuations, drafting marketing documents and conducting company and market research. You will work in small teams with direct exposure to senior directors, while benefitting from in-depth project involvement and management with high international client exposure.

As a Senior Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Assistance to senior directors in live mandates and pitches
  • Preparation of company and industry research
  • Preparation of Hampleton research reports
  • Preparation of market and competitive analysis and industry screenings for potential acquisition targets/buyers
  • Preparation of company presentations, pitch books, valuations and information memorandums
  • Your skillset/requirements:

Your skillset/requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor/master’s degree from secondary education with outstanding academic results
  • You are team-oriented, motivated, committed, proactive and capable of working independently
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • You have proficiency in MS Office and research databases
  • You have strong analytical skills and a very high attention to detail
  • You have at least 1-2 years relevant practical experience in tech M&A, preferably in one or more Hampleton focus area

Research Internship – Frankfurt – January 2019

To support Hampleton’s successful growth, we are seeking to appoint a research intern to support the analyst team in Frankfurt from January 2019. The position will include a minimum 4 week training/induction period in London.

We offer an excellent working climate in a highly dynamic team with opportunities both in London and in Frankfurt with market standard terms. Following a successful internship of three to six months, Hampleton may offer a full-time role as an analyst, working directly with company executives throughout the entire M&A sales process.

As a research intern, your responsibilities during a 6 month period include:

  • Preparation of company and industry research Preparation of Hampleton research reports
  • Preparation of marketing presentations for events
  • Support analyst team on live projects and pitches
  • Preparation of peer group outlines and valuation analyses
  • Support business development in finding new leads

Your skillset/requirements:

  • You have completed your penultimate year of higher education with outstanding academic results
  • You are team-oriented, motivated, committed, proactive and capable of working independently
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • You have proficiency in MS Office and research databases

German-speaking Marketing & Events Coordinator – Frankfurt – March 2019

To support Hampleton’s successful growth, we are currently looking for a full-time German-speaking Marketing & Events Coordinator from March 2019. The position will include a 4 week training/induction period in London.

We offer an excellent working climate in a highly dynamic team with opportunities both in London and in Frankfurt with market standard terms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the German marketing activities and for organising, marketing and managing virtual as well as physical events across the German-speaking region, including Germany, Switzerland and Austria. 

As German-speaking Marketing & Events Coordinator your responsibilities include:

  • Organisation, marketing and management of virtual as well as physical events across the German-speaking region
  • Sourcing and researching of lists, companies and contacts to invite to events and webinars
  • Translation of content from English into German and vice versa
  • Coordination and management of activities with external providers of content
  • Management of the company CRM system and its data

Your skillset/requirements:

  • Degree and/or equivalent work experience (preferably in events or administration)
  • You are team-oriented, highly self-motivated, committed, proactive and capable of working independently
  • You are native in German and fluent in English and have outstanding oral and written skills
  • You have proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system
  • You have a very high attention to detail Excellent organisational and priorisation skills
