—MARKETING COORDINATOR – LONDON—

Hampleton Partners is looking for a marketing coordinator to help us develop and execute our media relations, social media and direct marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support day-to-day marketing of the overall business, as well as coordinating marketing metrics. You will also help with the organisation and coordination of events, digital marketing, PR, web design and social media.

THE PERSON

You will be a UK Russell Group (or equivalent) newly qualified university graduate, with a minimum 2.1 level degree. A postgraduate qualification too would be advantageous.

We don’t mind the subject of your degree(s), but you must be articulate and have an excellent command of written English, preferably as your first language. Also, the ability to speak and write German or other languages would be useful in an international, multi-lingual, multicultural environment.

You must already have the right to right to work in UK, permanently or for an extended period, and be able to demonstrate an interest in, and understanding of, current affairs, technology, finance and all aspects of marketing. Business to business marketing communications and project management experience would be an advantage.

You will be curious, not afraid to ask questions, keen to use your initiative to make things happen and with taking responsibility, owning tasks, managing resources and hitting deadlines. You’ll also be comfortable working hands-on in an open, fast-paced collegiate environment with constant interaction with senior and experienced colleagues.

—RESEARCH INTERNSHIP – FRANKFURT / LONDON—

As part of Hampleton’s successful growth, it is seeking to appoint a research intern in its Frankfurt office to support the team by developing sector specific research in key areas of technology M&A as well as assisting in key areas of lead generation and client pitch/preparation. Business development is also a part of a researcher’s job at Hampleton, hence, you will help with market research to find and reach potential clients, as well as potential targets, investors and acquirers.

A research intern must be intelligent and have strong research and writing skills. You should be very comfortable working with databases, office products such as Excel and Word, social marketing platforms as well as modern digital marketing tools.

Following a successful internship of three to six months, Hampleton may offer a full-time role as an analyst, working directly with company executives throughout the entire M&A sales process.

This is a paid internship.

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Degree level – Completed penultimate year of higher education
  • Outstanding oral and written skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Creative thinker at home in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Team Player
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and research databases
  • Fluency in English is required and additional fluency/proficiency in German is preferred
